“We love Customade” will give you a full refund of your product, if you have any issues with it, provided the shipping back costs are handled by you. Note: we will only refund the product value and not the shipping fees.
You will get a full refund only if:
1. You ship the product back to us 2. The product shipped back to us is not damaged 3. You send us an image of the product before you ship it to show us the condition and also mention why you are sending it to us. 4. The “Customade” products are made ONLY according to your likes and dislikes and we cannot put it under resale. so we cannot do a refund for those. (includes everything in the store) 5.There is a very valid reason for refund i.e. wrong product delivered. 6. Refund will be done only if the product is sent back to us within 5 working days from the time it’s delivered to you.
7. If the product seems to be damaged/worn/torn/used, we would not consider giving it a refund.
